The Client Services Team at Christopher Morgan serves as the interface between our clients and the various operating departments within Christopher Morgan (Fulfillment Services, Warehouse Operations, IT, Finance, etc.). Our Client Services team’s expertise in all areas of fulfillment services allows them to serve clients by reducing costs, preventing and resolving problems, and making sure all departments are working cohesively and efficiently. By providing clients a single point of contact for communicating all their operational needs, Christopher Morgan serves as an extension of our clients operations.

Communication

An experienced and proven account manager is assigned to each client. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the production process and serving as the communication link with the Christopher Morgan team. Account managers become advocates for the clients they serve and dedicate themselves to making sure all business needs are treated with the urgency and importance needed to help a business thrive.

Project Management

To follow through on our commitment to provide exceptional service to all clients, we cross-train managers on all accounts. This ensures that account managers are not over-committed and allows our staff to maximize its efficiency and respond to the demands of all clients as needed.

Client services account managers are trained to manage the details of a project from start to finish. Each account manager becomes an integral part of the project and becomes an invaluable resource for procuring materials, coordinating vendor shipments to our facility, managing assembly schedules, and assuring timely shipments of completed projects. Because of our managers’ wealth of experience working with many diverse projects, they can offer valuable insights and suggestions to help clients maximize efficiency and profitability.
